As a small independent watchmaker, our production timelines vary depending on demand. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll share an estimated production month within a few days. When your scheduled time arrives, our team will inform you of the exact manufacturing week and let you know once your watch enters final assembly. Currently, it takes around 4 months to craft a watch.

Orders may only be placed by individuals (not companies) who are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By placing an order, you confirm that the purchase is for personal use and not for resale within the first 12 months.

A deposit is required to confirm your order. The amount depends on the selected model. Once we receive your deposit, you will receive a confirmation and a receipt. Please review this confirmation carefully. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are correct. An estimated production month will be communicated within a few days of your confirmation. When the production date approaches, you will be informed of the specific manufacturing week and when your watch enters final assembly. The current estimated production time is approximately 4 months. If you cancel your order within 14 days of your confirmation, your deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made after this period, we will refund your deposit minus any applicable banking fees, a 10% administrative fee, and any customization costs incurred. Once your watch has entered production, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Final payment is due one week before delivery. If a completed watch is not paid for or collected within six months of the production date, we reserve the right to offer it to another client. No refund will be issued in this case.

All orders are subject to Bianchet's availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in case of non-compliance with these Terms or other legitimate concerns.

All prices are indicative and non-binding until an official order confirmation is issued. Prices exclude taxes and duties unless otherwise stated. VAT and customs charges may apply depending on your country of residence and are your responsibility. Swiss VAT (8.1%) will apply to orders delivered or collected in Switzerland. If you are eligible for a VAT refund, it will be processed only upon proper validation by Swiss customs.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Once your request is approved, you must return the watch within 10 days. The watch must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for a return. It must also be returned with all original packaging, tags, protective materials, and documentation. Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted. Approved returns will be fully refunded, minus transportation, insurance, personalization costs, and a 5% administrative fee.

Bianchet is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, we are not liable for delays in delivery caused by shipping partners or external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and disclaim liability for any technical issues, transmission errors, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The competent court for all disputes shall be in Geneva, Switzerland unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
